The users are entitled to use the library material from the general library stock only in the premises of the Library as follows: in the general reading room, in the University Reading Room and in the individual reading rooms.

Library material using requests are given to the librarians from the Central Desk or in the University reading room on special borrowing forms. Lending can be done electronically through the application “My library”.

On the borrowing form are legibly written the information about: the user (name, family name, user ID number), the required publication (author, title, signature) and the date of the loaning. Separate borrowing form is filled for each publication. In case a publication has several volumes, that is also written in the form. When borrowing a serial publications, beside the signature, it is also stated the year and the number of the required serial.

The user has the right to use up to 5 publications at the same time.

For borrowing the library material stored in the warehouses the waiting is up to 30 minutes.

Borrowing from the general holdings can be done from Monday to Saturday from 07:30 to 17:30, and in July and August from 07:30 to 13:30.

The user has the right to book the used materials for a period of 30 days. If the booked material is not used for three days in a row, it is to be returned in the warehouse.
